This policy covers information collected through the ClaimYours AI marketing website. Protected health information (PHI) that a customer uploads into the ClaimYours AI platform is handled under the Business Associate Agreement and the platform terms, described on our HIPAA & BAA page.
2. No PHI on this website
This website is not designed to receive protected health information. We ask visitors not to include patient names, Medicaid IDs, dates of birth or claim details in any form, and our forms are built to refuse messages that look like they contain them. This site has no file upload.
3. What we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the free audit, demo request or contact form, we receive the fields you enter: your name, work email, practice name, county, practice size (number of providers, on the demo request), the rails you bill, approximate monthly claim and denial counts, and your message.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.
4. How we use it
We use form information to reply to you, to set up demos and accounts, and to understand what providers need. We use technical logs to operate and secure the site. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Who handles it for us
- Formspree receives form submissions and delivers them to us.
- Vercel hosts this website.
These providers process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
7. How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. Retention periods are to be confirmed by counsel.

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent through this website by writing to support@claimyoursai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will honor the requests the law requires.
