1. Who we are
The ClaimYours AI website and platform are operated by James Revenue AI LLC, d/b/a ClaimYours AI (“ClaimYours AI,” “we,” “us”), 5392 Ponderosa Dr, Columbus, OH 43231. By using this website or the platform you agree to these terms.
2. What ClaimYours AI is
ClaimYours AI is an analytical tool for the revenue cycle. It reads billing information that your practice provides, checks it against published rules, flags problems, and proposes fixes for a person on your team to approve. ClaimYours AI does not submit claims to payers, clearinghouses or state systems on your behalf. Your team stays in control of every outbound action.
3. This website
This website is for information and for contacting us. It is not a place to send patient information. Please do not include patient names, Medicaid IDs, dates of birth or claim details in any form on this site. Patient information may be uploaded only inside the platform, after your account is approved and the Business Associate Agreement is accepted.
4. Accounts
Accounts are reviewed and approved by us before use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done under your account. You may add or remove team members through your workspace settings.
5. Your data
Your practice’s data is yours. We use it only to provide the service to you. Protected health information is handled under the Business Associate Agreement, which must be accepted before any such information is uploaded. See our HIPAA & BAA page and Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:
- upload information you do not have the right to share;
- attempt to access another customer’s data or to disrupt the service;
- reverse engineer the service or use it to build a competing product; or
- use the service in violation of applicable law.
7. Fees and term
Fees are set by the plan you select and the order you accept. Plan details and any renewal terms will be stated when you sign up.
8. No guarantee of results
ClaimYours AI supports your billing team’s decisions. It does not guarantee any financial outcome or that a claim will be paid. Results depend on your claims, your payers, the rules in effect, and your own approval and submission choices. Rules and rates change, and rate checks run only where a rate has been verified against its published source.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and platform are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if needed to protect the service or other customers. On termination, PHI is handled as set out in the Business Associate Agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will email your account address at least thirty days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
